Shipping and Returns
- Pretty Neat Kids will endeavour to ship goods as quickly as possible once orders have been placed (see below for further details). In the event of any delay (due to lack of stock), you will be notified.
- Shipping is calculated at a flat rate depending on the postcode within each state.
- We use several different courier companies to deliver your items in a timely and safe manner. We suggest shipping to a delivery address where someone is present to accept delivery. Alternatively, the couriers may give you an “Authority To Leave” option but we cannot be responsible for the delivery if it goes missing.
- We currently only ship within Australia
Postage is calculated at a flat rate depending on your postcode within each state. (please note that boxes can fit within each other so several can be shipped in one parcel)
All boxes are made to order and should be ready to ship within 5-10 business days of ordering. Due to the hand painted nature of our items, our standard turn around time from ordering to receiving your items should take approximately 2-3 weeks. If you require your items sooner please contact us at email@example.com prior to ordering to see if this is possible.
We also offer a pick up option if you are based in Sydney. Simply choose “pick up” at check out. Please email prior to ordering so we can make a plan to meet up.
Within Australia, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.95 for each set, if ordered on their own, and delivery should take between 1-2 weeks (depending on stock).
If ordered together with the boxes, standard turn around time from ordering to receiving your items should take approximately 2-3 weeks as the boxes are made to order and they will be shipped together.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and in the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We may require photographs of the product or it may need to be returned. Once we have received your photo or product and have inspected it, we will notify you of either rejection or approval of your exchange.
Once your order has left Pretty Neat Kids, we cannot be responsible for any delay of delivery, loss or damages. And if any damages occur during transit, again, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds on shipping costs and when returning your item for an exchange, postage back to us will have to be covered at your own cost.
We will not offer an exchange or accept the return of any discounted or sale item, or if the item has been used. Due to the fact that boxes are made to order and painted, exchanges and returns cannot be made for a “change of mind”.
